Many products with component parts made from wood, metal and plastic in sheet form can be cut in virtually any shape. Intricate inside and outside radiuses, graduated curves or precise circles can be cut as easily as straight lines.

The intensely focused laser beam burns through material at a temperature of 90,000 degrees Fahrenheit that leaves no residue or molten material- just a clean, sharply defined, burr-free edge. Uninterrupted processing of an entire sheet of material minimizes production time and optimizes the possible number of parts per sheet.

A partial list of materials suitable for laser cutting include: acrylic, aluminum, brass, galvanized steel, mild steel, inconel, plastics, wood, stainless steel, titanium. Our heavy duty laser can handle sheets up to 48" x 96", and thickness up to 3/8" cold rolled steel, 1/4" stainless and 1/8" aluminum. Laser cut parts can be produced for prototypes, small pilot runs and production runs can be laser cut or stamped.
